What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, delivery address and pincode; your GSTIN if you buy for a business; your orders, payments (amount, status and Razorpay reference, never card or bank details) and any messages you send us.
Why we use it
To deliver your orders, issue GST invoices, process refunds, answer your questions and meet our legal and tax obligations. We’ll message you about your orders; we’ll only send offers if you agree.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the shop: Razorpay (payments), our delivery partner (name, phone and address for your delivery), Zoho Books (invoices) and our hosting and database providers. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. You can ask us to correct your details or delete your account at any time; we’ll keep only what the law requires.
