Where and when we deliver

We deliver to selected pincodes in Delhi and Noida, near the LOTS Wholesale stores we pack from. Enter your pincode in the shop to check; if we don't deliver there yet, leave your pincode and we'll tell you when we do.

The minimum order is ₹1,999. Orders below ₹6,000 pay ₹15 packing and handling plus ₹45 delivery; orders of ₹6,000 and above have free packing and delivery. All charges are shown before you pay.

You can order up to 6 units of each product per order. High-demand products are limited to 3 units per order so more customers get them.

Orders paid by 7pm are delivered by 9pm the same day. Orders paid after 7pm are delivered the next day from 11am.

We deliver through our own team or a delivery partner such as Porter. Please keep your phone reachable; the rider will call on arrival.

If an item isn’t available

We buy fresh stock after you pay. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we’ll call or message you before we deliver, and you choose:

• delivery the next day at 11am, with free delivery; or

• a refund of that item straight away to the way you paid.

Checking your order

Please check the packs when they arrive. If anything is missing, damaged, leaking or not what you ordered, tell us within 24 hours with a photo (see Returns and refunds).
