Who you’re buying from

Any Minute Wholesale is run by Any Minute Retail Private Limited (GSTIN 07AAMCA3573D1ZQ), Lower Ground Floor, D1, Innov8, Saket District Centre, New Delhi 110017. We are the seller of every product in this shop and issue your GST invoice.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We show the MRP printed on the pack; our price is never above MRP.

The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we’ll tell you before delivery and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

You pay online when you place the order, through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We don’t see or store your card or bank details.

Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds. There may be a limit on quantities per order.

Your GST invoice is available on your order page. If you’re a business, add your GSTIN at checkout so it appears on the invoice.

Products

Products are original, sealed packs bought from brands and authorised wholesalers. Pack details shown online (MRP, net quantity, manufacturer, best-before) come from the pack; if anything differs, the pack you receive is what counts, and you can return it if it isn’t what was described.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered in good condition. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (for example severe weather, strikes or road closures); we’ll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Please contact us first; we aim to resolve every complaint within 7 days. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction. Grievance officer: [Name of the grievance officer, to be added before launch], support@anyminuteretail.com.
